About the training:
This training explores how coalitions grow their capacity through stronger relationships, expanded partnerships, and intentional community connections. Participants will examine practical approaches for working within their local context and available resources to sustain momentum and broaden coalition reach. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen connections and advance their coalition's impact.
As part of the CCP bootcamp series, this training will help deepen participants’ application of core coalition practices by building on existing experience and strengthening how coalitions design and implement meaningful prevention efforts.
Continuing Education Hours: 2.0-2.5
Satisfactory completion of continuing education hours (CEHs) requires attending at least 85% of the training duration, participating in activities (e.g., polls, breakout rooms), and completing the training evaluation.
Requirements:
This training is virtual, occurring live over Zoom. All participants are encouraged to join on camera and expected to fully engage in the training to be eligible to receive a Continuing Education (CE) certificate upon completion.

You must submit a registration and be approved to attend. Registration priority will given to HHSC funded substance CCP program staff.
