Coalition Coordinator
The Coalition Coordinator, under the direction of the Coalition Director, is responsible for community mobilization and implementation of evidence-based environmental strategies focused on the State’s four prevention priorities: underage alcohol use, tobacco/nicotine, marijuana and other cannabinoids, and prescription drug misuse. This role promotes proactive approaches addressing adverse childhood experiences, social determinants of health, and other youth, family, and community risk and protective factors. The Coordinator engages community partners, utilizes volunteers, and supports coalition efforts to prevent substance misuse and strengthen community well-being across Ector County.
